Job Summary
Associate Relationship Banker role in a Chase branch focused on building and maintaining client relationships through hospitality and financial guidance. Responsibilities include delivering attentive service, understanding client needs through consultative communication, guiding clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), meeting with clients in person and by phone to tailor product and service recommendations, rapid learning of products/procedures, collaborating with specialists for complex financial needs, and handling branch operations in line with bank policies and procedures. Ability to create memorable client experiences, resolve issues with attention to detail, and adhere to risk and regulatory requirements is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience.
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
- Preferred qualifications include college degree or military equivalent.
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act,
- This position is subject to NMLS SAFE Act requirements; compliance with registration and annual renewals is required.
- NMLS registration or update after start date; completion of annual renewal and updates.
