Job Summary
Associate Relationship Banker responsible for welcoming clients in-branch and via phone, delivering attentive service, and building lasting relationships. Leverages technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to educate clients and tailor product/service recommendations. Meets with clients to understand financial needs and connect them with team experts, while supporting branch operations and risk/compliance practices. Must communicate clearly, create memorable client experiences, and resolve issues with attention to detail. Requires ability to work in a branch environment including weekends/evenings. Prefer college degree or military equivalent and experience with banking policies, regulatory requirements, and NMLS-related processes.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
