Job Summary
Provide hospitality and relationship-focused service in a Chase branch, welcoming clients and using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions. Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs, educate on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and tailor product/service recommendations. Meet with clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships, learn products and procedures, and connect clients to specialists. Support branch operations and cash handling while complying with bank policies and risk controls. Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and client-service skills to elevate the client experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
