Job Summary
Associate Relationship Banker in Canton, OH responsible for welcoming clients, delivering attentive service, educating clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), meeting with clients to understand needs and tailor product/service recommendations, learning products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions, and supporting branch operations (cash devices, policies). Requires solid communication skills, ability to build trust, and capability to resolve client issues while adhering to risk and compliance obligations. Must have 1+ year of sales experience in banking/financial services and a high school diploma or equivalent; ability to work weekend/evening hours; preferred college degree or military equivalent and familiarity with banking policies and regulatory requirements (Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act) including NMLS/SAFE Act obligations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
