Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service to walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone, using financial knowledge to tailor product recommendations and build lasting relationships. Engage in consultative communication by asking questions, listening to understand client needs, and anticipating requirements to offer thoughtful solutions. Educate clients on technology solutions including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support their banking needs. Collaborate with team experts to address specialized financial needs while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- College degree or military equivalent
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
