Associate Relations Representative - 1st Shift

Job Summary
Associate Relations Representative responsible for delivering key HR programs that support the employee experience, including leading new hire orientation and building strong relationships with associates and management across the facility. Works as an HR partner to foster collaboration, engagement, and organizational success; provides coaching to supervisory personnel, ensures consistent policy application, trains staff on policies, conducts orientation, and helps identify methods to reduce turnover. Requires experience with Affirmative Action Plans and knowledge of I-9, ADA, EEOC, DOL, OFCCP regulations, plus manufacturing exposure and travel between facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Proven experience in writing, updating and auditing Affirmative Action Plans
- thorough knowledge of I-9 requirements, ADA, EEOC, DOL, OFCCP regulations and current law
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Problem-solving automated timekeeping systems
- Orientation of new associates
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to other facilities and plants for meetings and/or company business
