Job Summary
Manage HR functions including payroll processing, performance counseling, attendance tracking, and documentation verification for onsite MAU personnel. Engage existing and new employees at client locations to support onboarding, employment, and conversion while auditing time records and authorizing required paperwork. Enter and update job orders in the Applicant Tracking System, collaborate with recruiting personnel on staffing updates, and facilitate daily team meetings. Lead safety audits, behavioral observations, and walks to evaluate risks and streamline work processes. Explain personnel policies to employees and utilize Microsoft Office and the ATS daily. Requires two years of HR experience, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and ability to travel up to 10% for overnight assignments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of professional experience in human resources/employee relations or other related professional experience
- Microsoft Outlook and Office proficiency
- Experience handling difficult situations
- Ability to lift 5- 20lbs periodically and 50lbs on occasion
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 9 hours
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day
- Up to 10% travel with the possibility for overnight travel
- Ethical conduct
- Personal Effectiveness/Credibility
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three or more years of experience in manufacturing supervisory position or human resources
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System
- Experience with root cause analysis
- Data analysis experience
