Job Summary
Associate Regulatory Specialist role in Regulatory Affairs focused on Hazard Communication across Europe. Responsibilities include independently preparing Safety Data Sheets (SDS), operating SAP, ensuring compliance with EU chemical regulations (CLP, REACH), and collaborating with Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs teams to prioritize activities. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, English fluency, and strong data management skills. The position is a fixed-term contract for 18 months (maternity cover) with a hybrid work model (approximately 50% office, 50% home) based in Kraków, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, biological sciences, biotechnology, food technology, environmental science, or a related field
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with EU chemical regulations (CLP, REACH)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience operating SAP system
- Ability to independently prepare Safety Data Sheets
- Collaborative, proactive attitude
