Job Summary
Oversee the immigration department by acting as the authorized representative for clients, leading strategy, preparation, and final submission of all IRCC applications. Conduct professional appointments to assess eligibility, provide strategic advice, and design tailored immigration pathways while serving as a Commissioner of Oaths for legal documents. Maintain expert-level mastery of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act to ensure filings reflect the latest policy changes. Supervise the end-to-end preparation of files for accuracy and compliance, managing the full lifecycle of Visa and Immigration services to resolve bottlenecks and enforce government-mandated deadlines. Liaise directly with IRCC, CBSA, and other government bodies to navigate procedural challenges and vet prospective clients for suitability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
- Extensive experience in preparing and submitting a wide range of visa categories (PR, TRV, LMIA, etc.) from scratch
- Exceptional command of English (written and oral)
- Advanced proficiency in modern office software and case management ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage a team, delegate effectively, and take full ownership of operational outcomes
