Job Summary
Review and enter academic data on eligibility rosters, process timely submissions to the NAIA, and verify transfer transcripts for athlete credits. Update graduation applications and degree audits annually, conduct final graduation checks, and oversee diploma production and mailing. Submit enrollment reports to the National Student Clearinghouse and verify data in the National Student Loan Data System. Process office forms including add/drop and withdrawals, oversee course substitutions with transcript evaluators, and review student communication records yearly. Organize commencement events and monitor graduation inventory. This role supports student recruitment and retention within the Registrar & Records Office at LC State.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college/university OR a Bachelor's Degree with significant years in registrar or financial aid higher education
- Experience working in an office setting

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a Registrar & Records Office or Financial Aid Office in higher education
- Experience working with college athletics, preferably NAIA
- Experience with Student Information System (SIS) used to collect, store, manage, and interpret data from student records and activities
