Job Summary
Lead operational leadership for student information systems and analytics within the Registrar’s Office, overseeing Workday Student configuration, upgrades, integrations, and testing; ensure data integrity, governance, and security of student academic data; design and maintain data standards and workflows; collaborate with Technology and campus partners to optimize system functionality and support FERPA/compliance; produce standard and ad hoc reports to analyze enrollment, retention, and graduation trends; train staff on data reporting tools and promote data-informed decision-making; contribute to long-term data systems strategy and manage or support projects related to system implementations and data integration.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Higher Education Administration, Information Systems, Business) or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Registrar’s Office, academic operations, or student services
- Extensive experience with a Student Information System (SIS) (Workday preferred)
- Proven experience managing complex data sets, building reports, and using Workday or reporting tools
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Higher Education, Educational Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience leading system migrations or major technology implementations (preferred)
- Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of FERPA and data privacy policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Extreme attention to detail in records management
- Experience with Workday and/or reporting tools for analytics and data governance
