Associate Regional Trust Specialist

Job Summary
Educate Fidelity associates and trust grantors about FPTC services; guide them as they decide whether to name FPTC as successor trustee for trusts; review trusts to ensure they meet FTPC's current acceptance standards; onboard new and existing trusts in compliance with policies; collaborate with Regional Trust Specialists to gather documentation; read and interpret complex trust documents; apply knowledge of personal and trust taxation, fiduciary law, and estate planning to support high net worth clients.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience with 5 years related work experience
- Paralegal certificate or CTFA designation welcome but not required
- Ability to explain and present sophisticated information clearly and concisely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities
- Strong team orientation and ability to function as a standout colleague
