Job Summary
Developmental, entry-level Associate Regional Manager role supporting the Regional Property Manager in overseeing the operational, financial, and physical performance of assigned properties in the Western Wisconsin Territory. May be assigned to directly manage a property on a limited or temporary basis. Works with on-site teams, vendors, and internal departments to bridge property-level operations and regional leadership. Key duties include property operations oversight, site inspections, supporting leasing and marketing efforts, assisting with budgeting and financial reporting, staff development, onboarding of new property managers, and maintaining property records and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in property management or related housing/real estate roles.
- Prior experience as a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, or similar role preferred.
- College degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred but not required.
- A real estate license is required by the state or property type.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Developing leadership abilities and a desire to grow into a regional role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
