Job Summary
Manage referrals in a timely manner while providing superior customer service and quality home care. Support the client services manager with emergent scheduling coordination, build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations, and develop strong ties with the team and external parties. Monitor metrics including admissions, Medicare percentages, and rejected referrals to support effective fiscal management. Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees. This role offers flexible hours, Mon-Fri 8:30-5, with a base salary of $50,000/year plus quarterly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor degree is preferred
- Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
