Build relationships with existing and new clients to connect STEM professionals with innovative companies. Manage and grow your own client and candidate portfolio while sourcing top talent through databases, job boards, and direct outreach. Conduct phone and in-person interviews, review resumes, and lead the full hiring process from initial screening to salary negotiations. Stay current on market trends and niche developments to offer personalized solutions. This role requires Spanish and English fluency, a university degree, and a growth mindset. We offer a base salary of 24,000 € plus unlimited commissions, a hybrid schedule with one day off Fridays, and extensive training through our SThree Academy.
