Associate, Recruitment - BravenX

Associate, Recruitment - BravenX responsible for recruiting and enrolling 500+ Fellows (students) into the BravenX Accelerator course per semester; recruit and manage a team of part-time student recruitment interns and Braven Student Ambassadors; work with Central and Regional recruitment teams to reach goals; build BravenX presence among partners; use Salesforce and Google Suite to manage recruitment data, operations, and pipelines; analyze recruitment data weekly; organize recruitment presentations and materials; host recruitment events; manage stakeholder relationships with national/regional college access organizations and other partners; contribute to social media and marketing efforts with the External Affairs and Communications teams; develop a social media recruitment strategy with recruitment interns; participate in planning and manage hiring, onboarding, and supervision of student interns and Braven Ambassadors; perform other duties as assigned; in-person in New York City at least 3 days per week; attend evening partner information sessions or Learning Lab; travel to 2-3 stakeholder events per semester in core BravenX regions; lift and carry 20-50 pounds for events; authorized to work in the U.S.; full-time exempt position with competitive compensation and benefits.
