Job Summary
Associate Recruiter for Carvana’s Operations Talent team who will own full-cycle recruitment across multiple Operations groups (Customer Care, Logistics, Inspection/Reconditioning Centers, Market Operations, ADESA Auctions). You’ll source candidates via social media, Indeed, and Carvana’s website; conduct in-depth phone screenings and interviews; deliver resumes and screening notes for hiring manager interviews; assess talent, role-fit, and culture-fit; manage candidate expectations through background checks; build hiring-leader relationships; develop effective hiring strategies; and drive high interview-to-offer conversions. This is a fully on-site role at the Tempe, AZ corporate HQ, Monday through Friday. 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and experience with Greenhouse and Tenstreet ATS are required. A background check is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full cycle and high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience using recruiting applications and creative methods to source qualified candidates (Greenhouse and Tenstreet ATS)
- Experience working with hiring managers and exploring sourcing strategies to match the needs of the team
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable with change and can easily adapt
