Job Summary
Manage the full life-cycle recruitment for students and graduates, including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand unique talent needs, while leveraging search engines, career sites, and recruiting events to source stellar candidates beyond direct applications. Effectively communicate with candidates, track high-volume data in real-time, and provide status updates to leadership. Work cross-functionally across a team of high-performing recruiters to contribute to ad-hoc projects and enhance the recruiting experience. This role requires up to 25% travel and is part of Capital One's Students & Grads Talent Acquisition team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting or combination
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
- Must be able to effectively communicate with candidates
- Must be highly organized and detailed oriented
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting experience or combination
- Experience in Campus Recruiting or Programs
