Associate Recruiter - Legal

Associate Recruiter (Recruiter-in-Training) for legal industry clients, supporting mid-to-senior recruiters. Responsibilities include cold calling, coffee, and campaigns to generate meetings and elaborate email campaigns; candidate relationship management to understand job search needs and culture; recruitment strategy collaboration with reporting recruiter and account executive; candidate sourcing, screening, and selection using job boards, social media, and other tools; market research on industry trends and salary benchmarks; and regular reporting/analytics to refine strategies and improve client outcomes.
