Job Summary
Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on clinical recruiting; responsibilities include sourcing candidates using various sources (cold calling, job boards, research, internet sourcing, social media, referrals), managing ATS and internal job postings, conducting candidate screenings and interviews, collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to understand requirements, maintaining and expanding a candidate pipeline, documenting candidate activity, and developing innovative sourcing strategies to broaden the applicant pool. Requires 1+ years of full cycle recruiting with strong outbound sourcing, proficiency with social platforms, analytic mindset, and excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Greenhouse experience is a plus. This role supports Charlie Health’s mission to expand access to behavioral health treatment by hiring clinical team members nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on outbound sourcing via LI Recruiter
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Ability to utilize all different types of social medial platforms to source for top talent
- Analytical and research skills
- Solid candidate experience skills - the ability to draw in candidates and keep a strong pipeline
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with high volume KPI/Metrics
- Greenhouse experience a plus
