Required Qualifications
- 3–8+ years of real estate or adjacent transactional experience from a national or respected boutique platform
- Deal sheet showing mortgage or mezzanine finance, JV equity, acquisitions or dispositions, and development work
- Strong drafting and deal execution skills
- Comfort running workstreams
- Comfort negotiating primary documents
- Based in or targeting LA, NY, or SF
