Job Summary
Develop and execute goals, strategies, and tactics for the R&D department of AOX and Palatants in EMEA, leading cross-functional programs with international staff and facilities. Liaise with government and private sector collaborators domestically and abroad, while managing personnel, resources, and annual performance reviews for the team. Write technical and peer-reviewed papers, present at scientific meetings, and represent the business unit at company and external levels. Mentor subordinates on deliverables and planning, working with senior management to drive team growth. Requires a PhD, 10 years of management experience, and proficiency in statistical analysis and bioinformatics. 20% international travel required.
Required Qualifications
