Job Summary
Execute routine testing of non-complex and compendial methods for release, stability, environmental monitoring, and utility testing. Perform activities supporting lab operations including housekeeping, alarm acknowledgement, reagent preparation, inventory management, and work order execution. Conduct data verification, review, and support revisions to QC documents. Contribute to scheduling, simple and complex projects, and change controls while supporting deviation investigations. Train colleagues and escalate method or instrument issues with suggested solutions. Complete all tasks compliantly and safely while modeling company values.
Required Qualifications
- Min Bachelors Degree in a non-technical discipline with more than 5 years experience or in a Scientific or relevant Technical area with more that one years experience
- Fluency in French and professional command of English (oral and written)
- Ability to understand and follow procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management regarding task completion, roadblocks, and needs
- Attention to detail and demonstrate organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting timelines
- Is considered capable of executing tasks with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic electronic systems (email, MS Office, etc.) and lab data systems (e.g. LIMS) required
- Demonstrated experience with basic activities performed within the specific laboratory setting
- Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
- Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility
