Associate Quality Complaints

Associate Quality Complaints owns and implements the end-to-end global complaint process and management system to ensure compliance with quality operating standards and procedures across Amgen. The role includes performing complaint investigations for records with limited information, determining the need for higher-level investigation for critical issues, triaging and closing customer feedback records, managing review/approval workflows in CDOCS for controlled documents, and supporting project tasks with proactive communication, tracking, and tool maintenance. Requires strong MS Office skills and the ability to operate in a matrixed environment with cross-functional leadership; familiarity with quality expectations for API, Drug Substance/Product, Packaging, and Device manufacturing processes; and a focus on accuracy, usability, and consistency according to templates and style guides. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharma/Life Sciences/Biotechnology with relevant experience is expected, along with excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
