Job Summary
Perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples. Conduct environmental and facility monitoring alongside microbiological testing. Review GMP documentation, perform data verification, and support document revisions, CAPA, and deviation investigations. Train analysts on general job duties and execute other assigned tasks. Requires Sunday through Wednesday shifts from 6am to 4pm with onsite coverage including weekends and holidays. Bachelor's degree preferred in science with 0-2+ years of relevant microbiological testing or QC experience.
Required Qualifications

- Associate degree with equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 0-2+ years of relevant microbiological testing or QC experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience with basic laboratory techniques
- Demonstrated experience with basic laboratory safety practices
- Prior experience with microbiological techniques
- Ability to accurately and completely understand and follow procedures
- Ability to apply scientific principles to QC testing
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize work
- Shifts Available: Sunday – Wednesday, 6am – 4pm
- A1 - position requires shift coverage consisting of weekdays, weekends, holidays and during adverse weather conditions
- 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in science
- Associate degree with equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- 0-2+ years of relevant microbiological testing or QC experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a regulated environment
- Prior experience with microbiological techniques is preferred
