Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules for ITSM, ITOM, and custom solutions. Customize forms, lists, and dashboards while building automated workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor. Perform routine administration tasks including user management, role definition, and instance health monitoring. Configure Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes alongside SLAs and OLAs. Develop integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and ensure data synchronization between systems. Lead project implementations from requirement gathering through deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user training while maintaining comprehensive documentation. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience, CSA certification, and proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Update Sets, Import Sets, and Transform Maps
- Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and best practices
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM
- ITIL Foundation certification
