Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portals, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing. Create and customize Service Portal widgets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS, while integrating the platform with other enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs. Configure workflows and catalog items to support business processes, apply UX/UI best practices, and optimize performance. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and HR, and provide technical support to end-users. Mentor junior developers and share best practices within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on Service Portal
- Proven experience with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (preferred)
