Job Summary
Support proposal activities including Firm Proposals, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs), and pricing exercises by developing clear Pricing and Estimating direction from kick-off through execution. Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in accordance with RFP specifications while collecting data from functional representatives and subcontractors. Collaborate with Business Management, Engineering, and Global Supply Chain to develop strategies, prepare cost reports, and present results to management and customer representatives. Participate in contract negotiations, support DCAA/DCMA audits, and analyze historical data to develop cost and pricing models. Ensure proposals are timely, accurate, and compliant with FAR/DFARS requirements. This role is 100% onsite in Melbourne, FL, with a salary range of $54,400 - $81,600.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution by August 2027
- Majoring in or having majored in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or STEM related degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
- Ability to obtain Program Special access within a reasonable period of time
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Melbourne, FL
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field of study
- Overall cumulative GPA of 3.25 out of 4.0 or higher
- Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills: oral and written
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in supporting negotiations
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Self-motivated and works well in a team environment
