Associate Property Manager

Maintain positive tenant relationships through professional responsiveness to tenant issues and proactive coordination of construction activities and landlord work. Serve as the direct tenant liaison to ensure lease obligations are fulfilled and distribute relevant tenant communications. Meet with the property management team, tenants, vendors, contractors, and senior management to resolve operational challenges and implement new initiatives. Coordinate tenant appreciation events and meetings while ensuring insurance and contract files remain complete and accurate. Assist in preparing financial reporting and budgets, and support the Property Manager with ongoing initiatives to uphold the PWGSC best-in-class image. This full-time role requires a Certified Facility Manager or Certified Property Manager with over three years of experience.
