Job Summary
Associate Property Manager responsible for maintaining tenant relations, coordinating tenant and landlord activities, and supporting the Property Manager with budgeting, financial reporting, and program initiatives. The role emphasizes client relationship management, data analysis, and ensuring contract and insurance files are complete and current, while contributing to PWGSC’s best-in-class image and overall property performance.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in building and facilities management
- A community college diploma or equivalent education (e.g. ABI, CET)
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining exceptional client relationships to partner with clients to meet client needs
- Previous and current Commercial Property Management experience
- Experience developing complex budgets
- Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation: CFM, CPM, FMA, RPA
