Job Summary
Process invoices, administer contracts, and develop budgets to maximize property performance for an industrial logistics portfolio. Respond promptly to tenant requests, manage move-in/out processes, and maintain low accounts receivable through proactive collection efforts. Track and code expenses, manage vendor documentation, and conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards and minimize risks. Prepare annual operating budgets, monitor financial variances, and coordinate property onboarding for acquisitions and dispositions. Travel locally up to 50% of the time to property and construction sites for inspections and project monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of property management experience supporting customer service and administrative functions related to commercial real estate operations
- Experience managing and coordinating vendor relationships
- Experience with property-level financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Experience supporting maintenance and capital improvement projects
- Proficiency with industry-standard real estate software applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to interpret leases, property plans, specifications, operating procedures, maintenance instructions, and policy documents
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Management, or a related field
- Ability to travel locally up to 50% of the time to property and construction sites for inspections, project monitoring, and meetings
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, loud noise, and dust while visiting construction sites
Desired Qualifications
- CPM or RPA designation preferred but not required
