Associate Property Manager

Manage an assigned group of assets as the primary interface for property owners, facilitating all engagements, issues, and projects to ensure smooth operations. Partner cross-functionally with peers in Property Management, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Sales, alongside external vendors, to resolve property owner matters. Utilize project management and customer service skills to address property needs timely and completely, delivering results for the owner and American Tower's best interest. This role sits within the Real Estate Management team, which maximizes and protects the value of the real estate portfolio.
