Job Summary
Associate Project Manager needed to support infrastructure-focused projects in the Utilities sector, based in the London office with hybrid work options. Responsibilities include managing project/programme delivery across the lifecycle, contract and budget management, leading teams, coordinating with clients and partner organisations, maintaining schedule and benefits alignment, and preparing/status reporting. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical/problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure are required. Beneficial experience in utilities/water infrastructure, NEC contracts, and a strong commercial awareness, along with familiarity with CDM and HSE requirements. Preferred qualifications include a degree in management/construction/infrastructure or equivalent experience, professional affiliations (APM/ICE) and project management certifications (e.g., APM/PRINCE2/MSP). SOX controls may apply where relevant.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience
- Project management certification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2, MSP) preferred
- NEC contract experience preferred
- CSCS / equivalent preferred
- NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualifications preferred
- CDM awareness
