Job Summary
Manage designs and construction projects for water and wastewater treatment facilities by coordinating progress, procurement, and subcontractor and vendor management. Negotiate project costs with suppliers, develop scopes of work, and prepare Request for Quote packages. Plan logistics for contractors, track change orders, and submit RFIs and submittals while maintaining project documentation. Coordinate equipment deliveries, evaluate bids, and generate purchase orders to ensure quality projects are delivered on time and within budget. Interact with clients and collaborate with Engineering, Designers, and the Admin Team. This on-site role in Anaheim, CA, requires a minimum of three years of construction or engineering experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction, engineering, or architectural setting
- B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
- Proficient in Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to propose solutions to problems
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate across various levels of an organization
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented with proven ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- High level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to team and customers
- Strong work ethic with an unwavering commitment to quality and professional work
- Working knowledge of construction industry standards
- Experience with Procore, Timberline, and Microsoft Project
