Job Summary
Liaise with clients to discuss requirements, handle issues, provide status updates, and answer questions regarding Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for clinical trials. Design IRT solutions based on clinical protocols and proposals, accurately document all requirements, and participate in specification review meetings. Manage project schedules, scope, and cross-functional team task assignments while assisting with UAT plans, test scripts, and data setup. Provide protocol-specific support post-go-live, conduct global user training via in-person and web meetings, and offer telephone and email support to system users. Travel to client sites to attend meetings and deliver training sessions. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the build and maintenance phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
