Associate Project Manager: Process Development & Tech Transfer (m|f|d)

Job Summary
Take ownership of technology transfer and process development projects within the cell therapy portfolio, coordinating cross-functional activities from external customers into development and GMP manufacturing environments. Plan timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies while preparing project documentation, technology transfer packages, and GxP-relevant reports. Serve as the key point of contact between internal departments, customers, and external partners to ensure effective communication and alignment across Process Development, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs. Present project updates and technical recommendations to stakeholders to drive initiatives to completion.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline
- First experience in cell therapy, process development, biopharmaceutical development, or a related field
- First experience supporting/leading technology transfer activities and managing cross-functional project teams
- Solid understanding of GMP requirements, process development, and clinical manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication in German and English
- Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and drive projects to completion
- A proactive and hands-on mindset with a strong sense of accountability
- The ability to connect scientific, technical, and operational perspectives
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to work across organizational interfaces
- A passion for translating innovative cell therapy processes into robust and scalable manufacturing solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Solid understanding of GMP requirements, process development, and clinical manufacturing environments is a strong plus
