Job Summary
Lead and coordinate all technical service aspects of clinical trial projects, from study setup through closeout. Coordinate internal and external activities to ensure services meet study requirements, while ensuring clinical supplies are stored and distributed in accordance with cGxP and regulatory policies. Manage project specifications, documentation, and related activities with high accuracy, leading daily operations with limited supervision. Timely revision of reports for customers and global project managers is required, alongside participation in client and study meetings. Assist in maintaining the Quality System and investigating complaints to resolution. Design metric reports to supervise daily and monthly performance.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration
- Customer Service preferable
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in similar position
