Job Summary
As an Associate Project Manager, you will provide project support by planning, organizing, and implementing project management principles. This role requires strong independent work abilities as well as teamwork skills, proficiency in meeting deadlines, and the capacity to anticipate and fulfill internal customer needs. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is required, along with 3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and job cost tracking software is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field
- 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel and commit to long term onsite projects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with job cost tracking software
- Experience with estimating software
- Experience with Primavera
