Job Summary
Lead and manage 15–30 concurrent projects within Stryker’s Communications unit, coordinating cross-functional internal partners and external stakeholders to move initiatives from planning through execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, timelines, and deliverables; analyze risks and implement mitigation plans; prepare weekly revenue forecasts; conduct site visits to verify installation readiness; lead customer kickoff, planning, and post-project reviews; maintain thorough project documentation in CRM and ensure visibility for production, demand planning, and resource allocation. Requires living within commuting distance to Miami, FL, and travel up to 60% with a remote or field-based working arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma with minimum 6 years of relevant experience, OR associate degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience, OR bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Experience in construction, engineering, or healthcare environments (preferred)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (required)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent certification (preferred)
