Associate Project Manager — Medical Device (Hybrid — Maple Grove, MN) Contract

Analyze current systems and procedures to identify enhancement opportunities and drive process and requirement definition. Manage one or two process improvement or integration projects while taking responsibility for deliverables, plans, status reports, and requirement documentation. Collaborate with multiple internal departments on project management and analysis efforts, supporting planning sessions and post-project reviews to ensure timely completion. Consolidate project status into program-level and senior management reports and maintain compliance with all quality requirements. Establish and maintain project performance metrics to promote adoption of standard project management practices.
