Associate Project Manager - Medical Communications

Associate Project Manager – Medical Communications supports end-to-end project delivery for designated publication/medical education deliverables, helps develop scope of work and schedules with stakeholders, coordinates internal/external meetings, tracks delivery including issues and risks, and supports cross-functional coordination for Enterprise Service Management (ESM) initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas. The role emphasizes ensuring timelines, quality, compliance with publication processes and tools (e.g., PromoMats, NAYA), plus budget management, external spend tracking, and coordination of medical events/advisory boards. It also entails mentoring SBO operations associates, leveraging new technologies, and contributing to continuous quality improvements in scientific outputs such as slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts. Experience requested: 5-8 years post-qualification; educational background in science; English proficiency; pharma/biotech exposure; Service Now/ESM familiarity.
