Job Summary
Associate Project Manager in the construction industry coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to plan, schedule, budget, monitor progress, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination or management
- Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience with budgeting and cost control in construction projects
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
