Associate Project Manager, Language Services

Plan, schedule, and perform risk management for translation projects while allocating resources and tracking progress to ensure quality, deliveries, and cost remain on plan. Manage day-to-day relationships with clients by handling status reports and project solutions, and facilitate effective communication within the project team. Assign and manage the work of linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers, ensuring completion of all project-driven administration and financial processes. Collect KPI data for assigned clients and apply company policies to resolve routine issues.
