Job Summary
Manage translation project process flows, assigning and overseeing linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers for linguistic validation requests. Plan, schedule, and perform risk management while allocating resources to track progress, ensure quality, and maintain cost control. Facilitate communication within the project team and handle day-to-day client relationships through status reports and project solutions. Complete administrative and financial processes, collecting KPI data for assigned clients. Requires 0-2 years of project management experience with a preference for life sciences translations and CAT/TMS tool proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- 0-2 years proven project management experience
- Ability to multi-task, time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years)
- relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience
- 0-2 years proven project management experience, preferred in life sciences translations
- Linguistic Validation translation experience preferred
- CAT/TMS tool experience preferred
