Lead and oversee commercial and residential land development projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client expectations and high standards. Design with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision; build and nurture client relationships; identify and pursue new business opportunities; manage project financials including billing and invoicing; mentor junior staff; implement rigorous quality control; collaborate with a mentor to enhance business development, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise in a PA engineering/construction consulting environment.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Engineer license in Pennsylvania
