Job Summary
Support furniture installation and service projects from planning through completion by coordinating schedules, resources, installers, and vendors to keep projects on track. Travel to customer sites to assist with installations, review drawings and specifications, and conduct quality inspections to identify and resolve installation deficiencies. Serve as a point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams while assisting with project meetings, site visits, and maintaining project reports and documentation. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, a commitment to quality, and the flexibility to travel to customer sites throughout the year. Based out of the corporate office in Green Bay, WI, the Associate Project Manager on the KI Installation Services team ensures successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience in installation coordination, field support, or related work
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
- Problem-solving skills with a customer focused mindset
- Must be able to travel to customer sites throughout the year
