Job Summary
Coordinate and lead monthly project reporting, collect and compile data, and develop project execution plans for distribution and related projects. Monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control costs while supporting financials, staffing, risk management, and contract tracking. Ensure deliverables meet client satisfaction and internal QA/QC guidelines. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business with 3+ years of experience, strong Excel proficiency, and a collaborative "can do" approach. Hybrid onsite/office schedule in Syracuse, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a Business-related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Associates Degree with 4 years of experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel utilization of pivot tables, v lookup, algorithms, and excel other functions)
- Ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing
- Pleasant manners; able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer service oriented 'can do' approach to work
- Superior organizational skills and accuracy
- Excellent problem solving and people skills
- Hybrid- ability to go onsite and office if needed
