Job Summary
Lead cross-functional initiatives from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations while coordinating stakeholder communication. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage scope changes, track performance metrics, and conduct reviews to capture lessons learned. Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and organizational policies. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Substantial experience managing projects in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planner, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
