Job Summary
Oversee project and programme management workstreams to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Assist project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, including coordinating site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection. Support the development of study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents while participating in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and regulatory submissions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved. Manage competing priorities and develop team capabilities within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Approximately 10% travel is required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or project management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
- Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
