Job Summary
Conduct projects effectively using standard management tools to achieve quality, financial, and schedule targets. Coordinate with order management, plant production, logistics, contractors, and warranty groups to escalate conflicts and prevent customer impact. Work with field resources to communicate schedules, budgets, and scope while investigating spend to maintain established margins. Be proactive in establishing a safety culture and resolve issues promptly to ensure timely stakeholder communication. Follow reporting programs to track progress against targets. Requires 2+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Includes 5-10% travel, variable schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's or Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10% time travel
- Variable schedules (weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Desired Qualifications
- Critical infrastructure expertise with UPS, thermal, battery and monitoring
- Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, data center infrastructure and commissioning processes
